Live Classes + Workshops
Live classes are held on Zoom and provide hands-on instruction with personalized guidance, encouragement, and modifications to ensure each workout suits your needs. Hey there! I’m Shannon
I’m a movement specialist with a passion for helping midlife and senior women build strength, reduce pain, and move with confidence. Over the years, I’ve seen how much noise exists in the fitness and diet industry—pushing quick fixes, extreme diets, and unrealistic body ideals that make women feel like they’re not enough. I once fell into that cycle myself, chasing the next best thing, only to feel more discouraged each time. Breaking free from that mindset changed my life, and now I help other women do the same.
