For over 16 years, I’ve been a movement specialist for women, building individualized roadmaps that assist in building a well-balanced body through proper movement, creating a healthier relationship with food, and fostering emotional wellness—all while celebrating every victory, big or small.

For years, I was trapped in the cycle of quick fixes, extreme diets, and chasing unrealistic body standards—only to end up feeling worse. Breaking free from that mindset transformed my life, and now I empower other women to do the same.
