I’ve been a personal trainer for women for 16 years, and I truly believe if you’re given the proper tools, make small changes each day and remain consistent, you will achieve massive gains! My mission has always been to find realistic and attainable fitness strategies that can fit into any busy lifestyle and work with any fitness level.

Over the years, I’ve trained and witnessed countless women achieve long-term fitness success. They’ve increased their energy, decreased their pain, improved overall strength, established the ability to get down and up from the floor to play with their kids/grandkids, gain confidence and independence to do the activities they love, all while feeling healthier mentally and emotionally.

Each week, you will have access to 5 new lessons. Each lesson includes a helpful fitness or nutrition tip, plus one new 5 – 7 minute guided workout that you’ll need to complete throughout that day. These step-by-step videos require only a yoga mat, a chair and very little space.

After week 1 is completed, you’ll have access to week 2. After week 2 is completed, access to week 3 will become available, so on and so forth…

This Academy is dismissing the notion that every workout must be a sweaty 60-minute session. Instead, we’re here to create a realistic and attainable routine by completing 5 minutes of movement, several times a day. This program is packed with science based tried and true strategies that will work as hard as you do.

I’m Shannon Polson

I’m a momma to three fur babies living in Minnesota near beautiful Lake Superior, running enthusiast, craft beer lover, an educator, a veggie fanatic and an aspiring indoor gardener.
 

I’m a Movement Specialist for Women, an educator and an owner. Here’s what I want for you:
