I’m a movement specialist with a deep passion for helping midlife and senior women build strength, reduce pain, and move with confidence.

Like many of you, I spent years stuck in the endless cycle of quick fixes, extreme diets, and chasing unrealistic body standards that only left me feeling worse. Every “next best thing” promised results, but I just ended up more discouraged and defeated each time.
