The Clarity Phase is the foundation of your at-home personal training journey.

We’ll meet for a 30-minute Explore Call via Zoom to define your goals, assess your needs, and explore what a clear, actionable 3-month plan for success will look like.

This phase ensures that your training is personalized, effective, and aligned with your lifestyle.

  • Goal Setting & Intentions: We’ll identify what you want to achieve so we have a clear focus for your fitness journey
  • Fitness & Mobility Assessment: I’ll evaluate your current fitness level, movement patterns, & any limitations to ensure your workouts are safe, effective, & tailored to your needs
  • Customized Action Plan: Based on your goals and assessment, I’ll create a structured, realistic plan designed to fit into your daily life, ensuring that we’re consistently meeting twice a week, for a minimum of 3 months

The Implementation Phase

Where Change Happens

The Implementation Phase is where we take action, turning your personalized plan into a weekly consistent fitness routine.

This phase is all about building off your weekly sessions for your 3-month momentum, refining techniques, and creating lasting habits for success.

  • Structured Workouts: We’ll follow a tailored training plan with 3 sessions each week, which’ll include exercises designed specifically for your goals. Movement adjustments will be made as needed to decrease pain & enhance strength
  • Progressive Adjustments: As you get stronger & more confident, we’ll gradually increase intensity, modify movements, & ensure continual progress without burnout or injury
  • Accountability & Support: I’ll be there every step of the way, providing motivation, tracking your progress, and making sure you stay committed to your fitness journey

The Growth Phase

Reach New Heights

The Growth Phase is where you begin to see the true results of your hard work and commitment, typically noticed near the 3-month mark.

This beautiful phase focuses on refining your progress, expanding your fitness capacity, and embracing new challenges to continue advancing.

  • Increased Intensity & Complexity: We’ll introduce more challenging exercises & advanced techniques to push your limits and continue building strength, flexibility, and endurance
  • Refined Goals & Milestones: Together, we’ll reassess your goals, celebrate your achievements, & set new milestones to ensure you’re always progressing & motivated
  • Long-Term Habit Formation: At this stage, your fitness journey becomes a sustainable lifestyle, with healthy habits integrated into your daily routine, making fitness a permanent part of your life

The action Phase

Master Your Momentum

The Action Phase occurs about six months into your at-home personal training journey and is where you fully embrace your fitness lifestyle.

By this point, you’ve built a solid foundation and are ready to take your training to the next level, turning your efforts into serious lasting results.

  • Advanced Training Techniques: We’ll incorporate new, more advanced exercises to challenge your body, pushing your strength, endurance, & mobility even further
  • Peak Performance & Fine-Tuning: Focus will shift to fine-tuning your form, improving efficiency, & optimizing your workouts to achieve peak performance
  • Sustained Motivation & Mastery: By this stage, fitness has become second nature, & you’ll feel more confident, self-reliant, & motivated to continue progressing, making fitness a lifelong habit
